Precision Healing Management Services strives for Continuity of Care across its operational environments by collaborating with hospitals and physicians’ groups. We establish and manage Limb Preservation programs, both domestically and internationally. To address chronic wounds and promote limb preservation, Precision Healing Management Services forms At-Risk Joint Ventures with various entities, including Physician Groups, Vascular Surgeons, Healthcare Groups, and Hospital Partners.
Our clinical protocols encompass Vascular consults, gold standard wound care procedures, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). These services are provided in Outpatient Clinics, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Long Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACHs), Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Home Health environments. Our focus is to ensure continuity of care by following the patient throughout their healthcare journey.
